Welcome to Market Masters Inc. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Market Masters Inc, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited or restricted
  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to close any account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@marketmastersinc.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Market Masters Inc shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

One person may not hold more than one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual may be merged or closed at our discretion without notice.

3. Trading and Financial Services

Market Masters Inc provides access to online trading tools and market data. Our platform enables you to trade Forex, Stocks, Cryptocurrencies, Commodities, and Indices. By placing trades on our platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • All trading decisions are your sole responsibility
  • Past performance of any instrument is not indicative of future results
  • Leverage magnifies both profits and losses
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
  • We do not provide personalised financial or investment advice

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our current processing schedule. We reserve the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

We reserve the right to reverse or withhold transactions that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or required to be withheld by applicable law.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any form of market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated trading activity
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or programmes without our express written permission
  • Provide false information or impersonate another person
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
  • Use our platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or financing of terrorism
  • Exploit any technical errors or vulnerabilities in our platform for personal gain

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

In compliance with applicable financial regulations, we are required to verify the identity of all clients. You agree to provide any documentation we request for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted account access or account closure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs, logos, and software on the Market Masters Inc platform are the exclusive property of Market Masters Inc or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Market Masters Inc and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including losses resulting from trading decisions, market volatility, platform outages, or data inaccuracies.

Our total cumulative liability to you shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Market Masters Inc is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may subsequently be referred to binding arbitration.

10. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
